  • Translating documentation (administrative, economic documents, contracts, financial statements, technical documentation, etc.) and other written forms of information of AB Lietuvos Geležinkeliai Group into / from English
  • Ensuring proper execution of assigned contracts, initiating amendments / extensions to the contracts, communicating with service providers
  • Consulting employees on translation matters


  • A university degree in English philology
  • C1 level English writing and speaking skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language is essential
  • Experience with CAT tools (e.g. SDL TRADOS STUDIO)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Responsible, diligent, independent, time accurate, excellent communication and organisation skills

Preferred qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a translator
  • Competence and specialization in engineering and IT translations
  • Written and spoken Russian (basics)
