IT Change Manager


  • Perform change impact analysis, identify key stakeholders
  • Manage change life cycle end to end to ensure that the required tickets are logged, approved, and implemented according to the best practices
  • Drive operational CAB meetings and provide necessary inputs to facilitate operational CAB review and approval
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of change related communication
  • Review change results and evaluate change process and outcomes to make sure that all change KPI`s are met, required improvements are proposed


  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Business management or related discipline) is advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good Lithuanian, English and Russian skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability, ability to perform activities in ambiguous situations
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization
