As a Chief Project Officer, you will be the catalyst for our company's ambitious transformation journey in perspective of Rail Baltica. You will be responsible for generating innovative ideas, challenging the status quo, and setting the strategic direction for our transformation. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate and influence at all levels, including top management and external stakeholders.

Job Description

 

  • Lead the ideation phase of our business transformation, generating innovative ideas and challenging existing norms (Rail Baltica project from carrier perspective)
  • Develop and present strategic transformation proposals to top management and external stakeholders
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for transformation initiatives
  • Ensure the transformation aligns with our company's strategic objectives, internal policies, and standards
  • Communicate routinely to management, project team members, and other stakeholders about the progress of the transformation
  • Ensure company`s long terms strategic targets in Rail Baltica

Requirements

 

  • At least 7 years of professional C level experience in business transformation or related roles, with a focus on ideation and strategic planning
  • At least 5 years experience in global logistics (railway – valuable advantage)
  • Proven track record of challenging the status quo and driving innovative ideas to fruition
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging with top management and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and apply new technologies
  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken, other additional languages - advantage
