Job Description 

• Deliver top priority projects, typically – cross-functional, with a high degree of complexity and involving IT solutions development and implementation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed
• Ensure that projects remain in scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements
• Communicate routinely to management, project team members, and other stakeholders
• Assist in business development efforts to create project proposals, RFPs, estimates, and schedules
• Secure the integrity of the project, focusing on compliance with strategy, internal policies, standards, processes

Your competencies and experience 

• At least 5 years of professional project management experience, preferably with a passion for technology and an understanding of IT development
• Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation
• Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Executive level
• Knowledge and practical experience in project management frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
• Ability to quickly learn, understand and apply new technologies
• Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
