Job Description

• Deliver top priority business-transforming projects, typically – cross functional, with high degree of complexity and involving IT solutions development and implementation (for example: Service level management across LTG Cargo)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, deliverables, priorities, risks, blockers, success measures, and resource requirements
• Manage project’s scope, budget, schedule, and quality
• Communicate routinely to management, project team members, and other stakeholders
• Assist in business development efforts to create project proposals, RFPs, estimates, and schedules
• Secure the integrity of the project, focusing on compliance with strategy, internal policies, standards, processes

Your competencies and experience

• Experience in Service Level management implementation in large (500+) organisations
• Professional project management experience, preferably with a passion for technology and understanding of IT development
• Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to build working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels including executive level
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines
• Excellent project management skills including communication, prioritization, scheduling, and documentation
• Ability to learn quickly, understand and apply new technologies
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English
