Key Responsibilities

• Organize the development and implementation of Requirements and Configuration Management related to the Rail Baltica project
• Ensure that Requirements Management is carried out by the developed Rail Baltica Requirements Management process
• Ensure that Configuration Management is carried out per the Rail Baltica Configuration Process requirements
• Coordinate Requirements and Configuration Management processes with all stakeholders
• Participate in the technical team's project planning and implementation tasks
• Participate in targeted formats and working groups designed to address and coordinate technical issues of the Rail Baltica project
• Participate in processes related to the implementation of Rail Baltica railway infrastructure structural solutions

Your Profile

• University degree in Technology and (or) Engineering sciences
• Experience in Requirements and Configuration Management (for complex projects or organizations in the railway sector would be an advantage)
• Experience in using Requirements Management tools (e.g. Jama, ReqSuite or similar)
• Experience in Asset Management would be an advantage
• Ability to lead, plan and allocate work while interacting with stakeholders
• Leadership, independence, ability to adapt, initiative, strong goal-oriented culture, teamwork, critical thinking
• Ability to work and communicate in English
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
