Main responsibilities:

  • Review and validate Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop solutions prior to production deployment, ensuring compliance with technical, architectural, and security standards
  • Conduct technical assessments of Citizen Developer–built automations, evaluating logic, data usage, structure, and adherence to organizational guidelines
  • Provide recommendations to improve automation stability, performance, reliability, and maintainability
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact and RPA platform expert within the organization
  • Shape and maintain RPA architecture, standards, methodologies, and best practices
  • Mentor RPA team members and the Citizen Developer community
  • Monitor automation performance, identify issues, drive corrective actions, and propose preventive improvements
  • Design and optimize Power Automate Desktop solutions to automate manual processes

What do we expect?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in developing automation solutions with Microsoft Power Automate
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power Automate; familiarity with related tools like Power Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams is highly desirable
  • Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, Dynamics 365, UiPath/Blue Prism, Agile project experience, or basic understanding of AI/ML – would be an advantage
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to design creative and effective automation solutions
  • Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Fluent Lithuanian and good English language skills

Monthly salary: €3 230,00 - €4 840,00 (before taxes). The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies.
