Main responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale hiring initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution and coordination with hiring managers
• Apply innovative and diverse sourcing strategies to identify passive talent through networking, research, and industry connections
• Select and coordinate the optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, career platforms, and social networks
• Oversee international sourcing and attraction activities, ensuring competitive positioning of our employer brand in foreign talent markets
• Collaborate with cross-border teams to maintain consistent processes and a unified candidate experience across regions
• Promote LTG Group as an employer of choice through social media, events, and targeted networking activities
  
  

What do we expect?

• Solid recruitment experience with a strong focus on headhunting and building long-term relationships with candidates
• Experience managing large-scale recruitment projects, ideally in an international or corporate setting
• Strong network of contacts and the ability to engage with niche-competence professionals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with hiring managers at various levels
• Self-driven, results-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English is essential

Monthly salary:  €3 080,00 - €4 620,00 (before taxes). The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies.
