In this role you will

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring positive experience for the candidates
• Apply innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates through networking and industry connections
• Partner with hiring managers and develop effective recruitment strategies for the needed competencies
• Lead hiring managers through the recruitment journey ensuring the best experience for them
• Determine optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, career pages and social networks
• Promote LTG group as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media, events and networking groups
• Conduct market analysis and actively participate in recruitment marketing campaigns
  
  

Your competencies and experience

• Recruitment experience, with a strong focus on headhunting and networking with potential candidates
• Experience in recruiting different business, commercial and engineering positions
• Extensive network of contacts and a proven ability to engage with niche-competence candidates
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Deep understanding of Lithuania’s job market and industry, including key companies and market trends
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English is a must
