Main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, deploy, and continuously improve advanced data science and machine learning models
• Apply deep learning techniques for structured data to solve complex prediction, classification, and forecasting challenges
• Develop and implement multi-objective optimization solutions to balance competing business goals and maximize business value
• Perform regression analysis and predictive modeling to identify key business drivers and forecast critical performance metrics
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks to measure the impact of products, features, and business initiatives
• Work with large and complex datasets, performing data preparation, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis
• Write clean, scalable, and high-performance Python code using tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy
• Leverage GPU acceleration (CUDA) to optimize model training and inference performance
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Microsoft Power BI
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful data science solutions
• Communicate complex analytical findings and model outcomes clearly and effectively, turning insights into actionable business recommendations
  
  

What do we expect?

• Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or another quantitative field
• Proven experience in a Data Science role applying advanced analytical and modeling techniques
• Strong proficiency in Python and the core data science ecosystem, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
• Practical experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, including the use of GPU acceleration (CUDA)
• Proven experience in developing predictive models for tabular data using both traditional machine learning and deep learning approaches
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in multi-objective optimization methods and algorithms
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex business challenges into data-driven solutions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts and analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactive mindset, curiosity, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business impact

Monthly salary: €2,980.00 - €4,470.00 (before taxes). The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies.
