FIRST INTERVIEW

Upon contacting the selected candidates by phone/video call, we talk about their experience, skills, competences, goals and motivation, preliminary financial expectations, and give a broader overview of the position. After this interview, the recruitment team decides which candidates are selected for the next stage of the selection process.

TIP FOR YOU

CVs are not all there is! If you have had valuable experience that is not directly relevant to the role, please share it. This better shows the candidate as a professional and helps us to get a better idea of their place in the organisation.

GETTING TO KNOW THE MANAGER

The manager who is looking for a team member joins the selection process. This is not only a great opportunity for the recruitment team to get to know the candidate, his/her values and strengths, but also for the candidate to learn more about the position, the team, the manager, the challenges and the career opportunities ahead. We usually ask for an additional task. Feedback is very important to us, so the results of the assignment are discussed later.

Be active: take an interest, ask questions, make suggestions, share experiences. We are looking for equal team members and we believe that a modern and open working atmosphere best brings out the potential of each team member.

REFERENCES

We will contact reference providers who can recommend a candidate only with the candidate's consent. If you are applying for a top-qualified position, we will still need to make sure that your reputation is impeccable, so we will start the process of a reputation check.
