After completing my further education, I was offered the position of Maintenance Sector Manager, followed by positions as Head of the Tracks Unit, Deputy Director for Operations and Director of the Vilnius Branch. And now I am Head of Maintenance at LTG Infra. I am mostly motivated by the visible growth and progress, looking back at the path I have already taken, and the balance between what I love – engineering – and the managerial side – where it is important to support and coordinate change, performance and team.
