"I started my career at LTG back in 2003 as a seasonal track worker. Later I became a track foreman, chief track foreman. After completing my further education, I was offered the position of Maintenance Sector Manager, followed by positions as Head of the Tracks Unit, Deputy Director for Operations and Director of the Vilnius Branch. And now I am Head of Maintenance at LTG Infra. I am mostly motivated by the visible growth and progress, looking back at the path I have already taken, and the balance between what I love – engineering – and the managerial side – where it is important to support and coordinate change, performance and team. It is important that the people who join LTG are innovative, unafraid of challenges and change, and adaptable, because the train never stops, and if it does, it is only to get off or on. So you have to be ready to keep going!"
– Arvydas Dveilys, Manager, Maintenance Unit

"I started my career at Lithuanian Railways back in 1999, when I was studying for my Master's degree. I started as an electro-mechanic and now I am the head of the Automation, Communication and Electrical Maintenance Unit. In this department, in short, we ensure that trains run safely and on time. In fact, I can't imagine myself without the railway – I feel I have found my place. Here I am motivated by the dynamic, ever-changing environment and the appreciation I receive from my superiors, which makes me feel needed and useful. I invite an ambitious person who loves his/her profession and is ready to adapt to the constant changes that are taking place in this organisation to join our family"
– Mindaugas Juraška, Manager, Automation, Communications and Electrical Maintenance Unit
