CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SERVICES

With the majority of our revenue coming from business freight and several million private passengers, team members who build good relationships with our customers and solve problems before they happen are an invaluable asset to LTG Group. As we strive to become a leader in mobility and logistics services in Central and Eastern Europe, strengthening our team of professionals who can deliver the best customer experience is really important to us. We manage public rail infrastructure, intermodal terminals and related services, provide safe transport of passengers and freight, and organise connections to European countries. The specific nature of LTG's activities means that the customer service team's responsibilities include overseeing rail processes directly related to the service.

The efficiency of railways encourages me to have faith in and support this mode of transport. Of course, it is also good appreciation that encourages me to go an extra mile. "I started my career as a travel attendant - working with customer service was a new experience for me. I was excited to travel by train, to get to know Lithuanian cities and towns better, to work in a large and diverse team. After a while I realised that I wanted a new challenge, so I decided to apply for the position of travel attendant team leader. Working for LTG has its own romantic charm - it's a historic, reliable and well-known group of companies, where the work is unique - we're the only ones in Lithuania working on trains. What motivates us most is the company's internal career development, the conditions for development, learning and acquiring new knowledge.
