As the world moves ever more rapidly into the digital domain, we have already migrated many processes and solutions there. We manage train traffic and logistics through information systems, smart devices have become part of the work of train drivers, conductors' workplaces have been digitised, etc. And we have no doubt that there is still so much room for further change and digitisation that we may not recognise the LTG Group in a few years.
Being responsible for the country's railway infrastructure, which is used by passengers and freight every day, we are also intensively strengthening LTG Group's cybersecurity. The operational centre we have set up allows us not only to take care of technical security measures, but also to react promptly to possible hacker attacks.
It doesn't matter that the history of railways in the world is more than 200 years old and in Lithuania more than 160 years old. We are absolutely certain that railways are the transport of the future: green, friendly and environmentally friendly, and its digital transformation may have just added to this. If you think we are not using our digital potential to its full extent, take the LTG Group's challenge and drive change yourself.

LIFE AT LTG
"I joined LTG two years ago as Head of Analytics. And now I'm building a team of data architects. Together we are developing processes, standards and the LTG data architecture itself. I like LTG because it's a place where you are in action every day - you have to take initiative, make decisions, solve problems, think about both the short and long term strategy of your function and even the company. I get motivation from two things - change and responsibility for results. In a whirlwind of change, I have to change myself: to learn, to innovate, to adapt. At the same time, I feel that I am in a boat with a lot of other colleagues and I have to row to make sure that we all reach the goal together. My colleagues really work hard for the success of LTG - I think there is a sense of responsibility and pride in working for a Lithuanian-owned company with indirect shareholders from all over Lithuania. Who knows, maybe it's the bitcoins of karma"
