I would equate my work on Lietuvos Geležinkeliai with a spacecraft. It offers a wide range of areas and activities, touching on many different topics. One thing I have noticed in more than three years of working here is that there is no routine - we are in constant motion, which allows us to move forward and improve. Fellow team members are simple and " down-to-earth" - they are the ones who create a positive atmosphere and culture in the organisation.
