"I joined the company in my 3rd year of studies - my career started as a trainee. At the end of the 'Growing Leaders' project, I was offered to stay in the Project and Military Freight Group as a sales representative. Less than a year later, I became a Project Manager. What I like most about this job is the military machinery and project cargo - it's what I'm passionate about, and I enjoy working on projects of this profile. Although the work is really challenging, I am motivated by the good feedback I receive from our customers - about the excellent work we have done, the completion of complex projects or the resolution of unexpected problems.
