"My iron track began 10 years ago. During this time I have worked in 7 different positions and I am currently the Operations Manager for Train Traffic Management. The main function of this activity is to ensure the safe operation of trains throughout Lithuania. As far as life at LTG is concerned, I would say that the biggest motivation in my job is the feeling of fulfilment. A real sense of doing meaningful work that benefits not only myself and the company, but also Lithuania as a whole. I would invite people who are curious, willing to improve and not afraid of challenges to join LTG. Lietuvos Geležinkeliai is changing, modernising, integrating into the European network, and these processes need leaders who will lead the railway system forward"
