Main responsibilities:

  • Establish strong Holding Finance function
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Holding Finance team
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, and month-end closing processes for accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor company‘s financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions
  • Support management with financial insights, reports, and expert recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain robust internal controls.
  • Streamline finance procedures to improve efficiency and support ad hoc analysis and projects

What do we expect?

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. (a master's degree or professional certification is highly desirable)
  • Extensive work experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced use of financial software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, ERP systems)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Leadership, team management and change management capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian language, both verbal and written
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS

Monthly salary: €4,070.00 - €6,110.00 (before taxes). The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies.
