As the Holding finance partner, you will establish a strong Finance function in Holding, will coordinate the budget planning efforts, forecasts and long-term financial plans, and oversee budget-to-actual reporting processes. You will monitor the company's financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions and minimizing the impact of variances. You will develop professional business partnerships, suggest and implement various financial activities to support strategic decision-making whilst ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Establish strong Holding Finance function
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Holding Finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with company goals
  • Supervise budget planning efforts and oversee budget-to-actual reporting processes
  • Monitor the company's financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions and minimizing the impact of variances
  • Support the management team with financial and operational information, reports and expert recommendations for ongoing and future projects
  • Maintain a strong internal control environment, ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
  • Manage timely month end closing procedures within expected quality, follow that both internal and external financial reports are accurate and timely
  • Develop and implement streamlined finance procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required by senior management

 

Skills

 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification is highly desirable
  • Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced use of financial software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, ERP systems)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian language, both verbal and written
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS
