We are looking for a key member of the senior management team reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, who will lead the financial planning and management accounting of the Group. She/ he will be responsible for the holding and the Group consolidated financial planning, management accounting, analysis, and forecasting to support strategy development and implementation. This function involves providing data-driven insights, developing financial models, and working closely with the top management to drive strategy implementation, business growth and efficiency.

Job Objective

• To lead and manage the planning and management accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Develop and implement financial planning processes
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management
• Management Accounting
  • Oversee the preparation of management accounts and financial reports
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information
  • Monitor and control costs, identifying areas for improvement
• Strategic Planning
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans
  • Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives
  • Evaluate financial implications of business decisions
• Team Leadership
  • Lead and develop the planning and management accounting team

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in finance, accounting, auditing, economics or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior financial role, preferably within a holding company or similar environment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, at least 3 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving and change management abilities
• Stakeholder management skills
• Impeccable reputation
• Very good Lithuanian and English language skills (written and spoken)
