Job Description

 

  • Communication with business units and break down of business tasks into technical tasks
  • Work in cross-functional teams will be daily activity (business users, project owners, analysts, architects, programmers, data engineers)
  • You will be taking part in big projects (1 – 3 years, budget 1 – 30 M) and be responsible for IT side of things (the whole project management is PM responsibility, who resides in business unit)
  • Task management: ensure that the team understands the tasks associated with the project, when they need to be delivered, level of effort and priorities
  • Proactive planning: produce delivery plans
  • Communication: maintain proper communication level through all required channels
  • Risk management: proactively identify roadblocks and risks, and take the initiative to facilitate solutions

 

Your competencies and experience

 

  • Knowledge of integrations. Understanding what it takes to integrate two systems (SOAP, REST, etc.)
  • Ability to "read" architectural, UML diagrams
  • Experience in implementing large - scale systems
  • Focus on result, not paperwork
  • Great organizational, planning, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Broad and deep knowledge of technologies
  • Fluent Lithuanian and English
