Job Description

 

You will be leveraging technology to enhance Railway services. We are seeking for a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team. As IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and business operations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills
  • Analytical thinking & problem solving skills
  • Detail and business oriented
  • Good organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Information Technology in a business setting
  • Experience in Business Analysis and strong analytical skills
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing data to create business requirements
  • Experience in developing business process workflows

 

In this role, you will

 

  • Work closely with business and help them translate their needs into functional specifications for IT development teams
  • Work alongside IT architects, business architects, IT business partner, system admins to achieve desired outcomes
  • Support solution architecture and data concept documentation for further implementation
