Selected candidate will be offered to sign an employment contract with UAB „LTG Kompetencijų centras“, which, from 2025-02-01, provides general internal administration services to AB “Lietuvos Geležinkeliai”.

UAB „LTG Kompetencijų centras“ consolidates activities, functions, or parts thereof that enable and support Business Operations, ensuring efficiency and synergy across various organizational levels. „LTG Kompetencijų centras“ unites experts with high competencies in procurement, IT, HR, accounting, safety, law, and asset management. The center employs more than 500 professionals.

Job Description

User Support:

• Oversee and manage the process of obtaining and renewing licenses
• Negotiate and manage licensing contracts
•  Provide technical support and training to users on modern workplace tools and best practices

Collaboration Enhancement: 

• Develop and implement strategies to improve collaboration and communication across the organization
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure contracts align with company policies
• Work closely with different departments to coordinate licensing needs

Security and Compliance:

• Ensure that all workplace technologies comply with security policies and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with all license agreements

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor the performance and usage of workplace technologies, identifying areas for improvement
• Develop strategies to maximize license value
• Create and maintain records of all licenses

Project Management:

• Lead or participate in projects aimed at enhancing the digital workplace environment

Your competencies and experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
• Strong understanding of licensing regulations and trends
• Experience as a Licensing Manager or similar role
• Results oriented, ability to perform in dynamic environment, strong sense of ownership
