Job Description

• Technology Implementation: Deploy and manage modern workplace solutions such as Microsoft 365, IAM and PAM
• User Support: Provide technical support and training to users on modern workplace tools and best practices
• Collaboration Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to improve collaboration and communication across the organization
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that all workplace technologies comply with security policies and regulatory requirements
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and usage of workplace technologies, identifying areas for improvement
• Project Management: Lead or participate in projects aimed at enhancing the digital workplace environment

Your competencies and experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with IAM and PAM concepts and best practices
• Knowledge of IAM and PAM software (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory)
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Azure Connect, and Microsoft 365 services
• Experience administrating IAM and Microsoft products and services
• Results oriented, ability to perform in dynamic environment, strong sense of ownership
