Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and evaluate processes suitable for automation using RPA tools like Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and create process maps
  • Create detailed functional and technical requirements for RPA solution developers
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to align on automation priorities and strategies
  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects, from ideation to implementation, ensuring solutions meet business needs
  • Provide insights into automation trends and best practices, ensuring continuous alignment with industry standards

 

What We Expect

 

  • Experience: in process analysis, process improvement, or a similar role involving RPA tools (experience with Power Automate  Desktop or Uipath is a plus)
  • Skills: strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Education: degree in Information Technology, Business, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
  • Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-Solving: strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
