Job Description

 

We are currently on a lookout for Project Manager for in our SAP Modernization Program‘s PMO team

 

The Program is one of the most important strategic IT and business transformation programs in LTG. The Program is changing how the organization works in areas like finance, supply chain, production, asset management (to name a few) and providing top shelf IT solution – SAP S/4HANA. All of the company‘s employees are affected

 

  • Ensuring effective internal and external resource and related budget management across the Program and / or project - including establishment of the processes
  • Make sure tracking of actual spends against budget, update forecasts and benefits – suggest possible improvements and optimization
  • Defining time reporting rules within Program and / or project team, supporting team during within time reporting procedures
  • Vendors management activities including new tender management
  • Supporting the team leads as well as the Program manager with building and using budget tracking and resource management tools to track and plan according to the program plan and beyond.
  • Other day-to-day PMO activities

Requirements

 

  • General understanding of project management methodologies and techniques, with a minimum of 2-3 years of project management or PMO experience
  • Has strong understanding of project management processes. A significant advantage is hands-on experience in planning and reporting and/or quality assurance and/or budget, cost, and profitability management
  • Works independently, pro-actively with minimum amount of supervision
  • Has disciplined and structured approach to work planning, prioritization
  • Has strong, self-motivating personality with internalized stress management tools
  • Can deal with many stakeholders by creating workable relationships
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as MS project or similar
