Job Description

The SAP Platform Manager is responsible and accountable for the quality and cohesion of application components within the SAP landscape and their conformance to approved standards and alignment with future state SAP roadmaps. In this role you will: 

• Identify business needs and support the designing and architecting the appropriate solution
• Support and/or lead the delivery of landscape transformation
• Understand the importance of security, authorization, and disaster recovery plans
• Follow the SAP S/4HANA and BW/4Hana version maintenance strategy and understand platform lifecycle
• Understand SAP Cloud Platform Integration
• Have knowledge of SAP S/4Hana and BW/4Hana Basis Configuration
• Manage and mentor SAP technical team, set the KPI‘s and ensure the team meets them
• Closely collaborate with people in different roles across the company
• Establish and maintain trustful relationships with people

Requirements

• Experience in one or more SAP technical areas
• Understanding of SAP system architecture
• Experience with S/4HANA and BW/4HANA installation, configuration, and administration would be an advantage
• SAP HANA system administration using SAP HANA Cockpit and HANA Studio experience
• SAP Solution Manager 7.2 configuration experience including CHARM
• Experience with FIORI would be advantage
