In this role, you will
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring positive experience for the candidates
- Apply innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates through networking and industry connections
- Partner with hiring managers and develop effective recruitment strategies for the needed competencies
- Lead hiring managers through the recruitment journey ensuring the best experience for them
- Determine optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, career pages and social networks
- Promote LTG group as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media, events and networking groups
- Conduct market analysis and actively participate in recruitment marketing campaigns
Your competencies and experience
- Recruitment experience, with a strong focus on headhunting and networking with potential candidates
- Experience in recruiting project managers (construction / infrastructure) and engineers would be an advantage
- Extensive network of contacts and a proven ability to engage with niche-competence candidates
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Deep understanding of Lithuania’s job market and industry, including key companies and market trends
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English is a must
