Technology Asset Management Department is responsible for the development and efficient utilization of the technological assets essential for freight transportation operations. We design and modernize rolling stock maintenance infrastructure, invest in new locomotives and freight wagons, upgrade existing equipment, and implement advanced IT solutions that help ensure efficient, safe, and sustainable operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the successful delivery of projects related to the development of rolling stock maintenance infrastructure, fleet renewal, and rolling stock improvement initiatives
• Manage project resources and risks in accordance with the LTG Project Management Methodology based on PMBOK principles
• Lead and oversee change management activities within assigned projects, ensuring compliance with established methodologies
• Apply financial return methodologies when developing, evaluating, and selecting technical development projects and business models
• Prepare and ensure the completion of all documentation required for technical development projects, including presentations, business cases, financial calculations, analyses, technical specifications, scopes of work, procurement documentation, contracts, and related materials
• Conduct negotiations with internal and external stakeholders on project management and procurement matters
• Perform analyses and provide recommendations on innovation, modernization, and investment opportunities related to technological assets and management systems, aiming to optimize costs and improve profitability
• Contribute to the development of long-term technology asset management plans and strategies
• Coordinate project stakeholders and ensure effective cross-functional communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare materials for decision-making bodies and present project progress, milestones, and results
  
  

What do we expect?

• Proven experience in project management
• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with practical experience in their application
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) would be considered an advantage
• Financial literacy and the ability to assess business and investment cases would be considered an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in standard office software applications
• Experience working with project management software would be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in both Lithuanian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

Monthly salary: €3 090,00 - €4 640,00 (before taxes). The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies.
