Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate assigned Rail Baltica technical interfaces, ensuring their compliance with implementation schedules, stages, and technical requirements
- Identify technical non-conformities and risks, assess their impact on projects, and propose appropriate risk-management measures
- Analyze technical solutions and propose alternatives, describing their advantages, disadvantages, impact on budget, deadlines, and other program projects, and offer the most optimal solutions
- Prepare technical and visual material for presentations related to program solutions, changes or project progress
- Organize and moderate technical meetings, participate in solving interdisciplinary issues and align technical solutions
- Contribute to the coordination of project phase handovers (from design to construction, from construction to operation, from infrastructure to signaling, electrification, and control systems)
- Assess the quality of technical documentation, ensuring that risks transferred to contractors and service providers are properly described and included in the project documents
- Contribute to the development of technical standards, procedures, and best practices, based on Rail Baltica and EU high-speed rail requirements
What do we expect?
- Higher education in construction, railways, road, infrastructure engineering
- Work experience in infrastructure projects (preferably in railway, road or similar projects)
- Knowledge of railway infrastructure systems and interfaces between subsystems (infrastructure, signaling, electrification)
- Experience working with FIDIC, NEC or similar systems (advantage)
- Experience participating in EU-funded infrastructure project implementation (advantage)
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling) processes (advantage)
- Ability to analyse technical solutions and provide well-reasoned proposals
- Skills in preparing technical documentation, reports and presentations
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team in a dynamic environment
- English language skills (at least B2 level)

Monthly salary: €2 730,00 - €4 100,00 (before taxes). The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies.
