"I joined the LTG Group as IT Competence, Knowledge and Internal Communication Coordinator in the IT LTG Digital centre. A year later, I joined the Talent and Careers team as an HR expert, and four months after that I became the HR Operations I team leader. Together with the team, we manage the HR service portfolios of LTG companies and are heading towards HR transformation - contributing to the implementation of new systems and the development of more efficient and business-relevant HR services. I enjoy working for LTG because I can apply the knowledge and experience I have gained in the private sector - my ideas and suggestions are heard and I am given the opportunity to act on them.
