We have unique activities in Lithuania, but like any other organisation, we cannot do without the day-to-day contribution of the people who do the administrative work. They make a major contribution to keeping trains on track, passengers travelling safely and comfortably and freight moving. From the top executives who outline the group's strategy to business support, legal or audit experts, we are a team you can be a part of.

Administrative work is not just about management. It's about planning, organising, collaborating, supporting and motivating. If you think it would be interesting to work for the only railway group in Lithuania, if you have the necessary work experience, or if you just have the desire and motivation to do it for the time being - it's definitely worth giving it a try.

We are in the process of moving towards modern management principles and an inclusive internal culture, so we offer a non-monotonous and non-boring job, contributing to the operation and further development of an organisation of strategic importance to the country.
