Main responsibilities:
- Shape and continuously enhance the LTG Group's Enterprise Risk Management framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and best practices
- Establish and develop a robust Internal Controls Management function across the organization
- Act as a trusted partner to the business by providing centralized risk management expertise, guidance, and oversight
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key risks, trends, and emerging threats across the Group
- Evaluate significant business and external risks, providing insightful assessments and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, supporting the development of effective risk management plans
- Foster a strong risk-aware culture by delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and expert consultations across the organization
- Drive continuous improvement in risk management practices, helping the organization make informed and confident business decisions
What do we expect?
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and enhancing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks within a large organization or group of companies
- Hands-on experience in developing and embedding Internal Controls Management frameworks is highly valued
- Strong understanding of recognized risk management methodologies and standards (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Analytical thinking with problem-solving aptitude
- Sound business acumen and the ability to understand risks in the context of broader organizational objectives and strategic priorities
- Professional certification in Risk Management or a related field would be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English

Monthly salary: €3,200.00 - €4,800.00 (before taxes). The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies.
